At DMC Research Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials. Due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
This policy protects the integrity, sterility, and quality of every vial.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photo of packaging
- Photo of product(s) received
We will promptly review and correct the issue.
3. Lost Packages
If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
DMC Research Peptides is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Delivery errors
- Misdelivered items by carriers
However, we will always assist you in opening a claim with UPS or FedEx.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.
Once a label is created or the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Shipping Issues
Carrier delays due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Mechanical issues
- Incorrect addresses
are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.
6. Quality Assurance
If you believe a product is not as described, contact us within 48 hours.
We may request photos or batch numbers to investigate.
7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate shipping address
- Be available for delivery
- Track their order
