At DMC Research Peptides, we work to ship research products quickly, securely, and with clear communication from checkout to delivery. Please review the details below before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (new launches, promotions, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers depending on destination, speed, and cost.
Available options may include:
- Standard Shipping – economical ground or first-class service
- Expedited / Priority Shipping – faster delivery where available
The exact options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address and order weight.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions; when active, these will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including most residential and business locations).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some cases for certain carriers or services. If there is a problem with your address, we will contact you for an alternative.
- International shipping (if enabled in the future) may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and local regulations. The buyer is responsible for confirming that research compounds are permitted in their country and for paying any customs fees or import duties.
5. Age & Research-Use Requirements
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are 21 years of age or older.
- You understand that all products are for laboratory research only and not for human consumption, and you agree to use them accordingly.
Orders that appear to violate these terms may be declined or cancelled at our discretion.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after your order is confirmed, please contact us.
7. Warm-Weather & Heat-Sensitive Shipping (Optional Section)
If you plan to sell anything temperature-sensitive, include this; if not, you can delete it.
- Some products can be sensitive to extreme heat or cold during transit.
- We package items securely and use appropriate materials, but DMC Research Peptides is not responsible for temperature-related damage once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
- During very hot or cold seasons, we recommend selecting a faster shipping option and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
8. Delivery Issues, Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided:
- Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, and other factors may cause delays beyond our control.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building office.
- Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
DMC Research Peptides is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to locate the package.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
- If the package cannot be delivered and is not returned to us, we may not be able to issue a refund.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Because we strive to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations may only be possible before your order enters processing or ships.
- If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
11. Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged product(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will review the claim and work with you on a resolution (such as replacement or partial refund), as appropriate.
